iFeelZen’s mission is to help professionals give meaning to what they do, achieve a higher level of inner relaxation, feel more in tune with themselves, and reach a state of everyday wellbeing.
With 20 years of professional experience in business managerial roles, I had a great opportunity for self-reflection when I left 2 years to live in Bali, Indonesia. I have used this time to engage in self-examination and keep learning about personal development by becoming trained in several new techniques and reading numerous books.
Now, I want to let professionals benefit from this experience by providing them with a coaching space for individuals, face to face or long-distance, so that they can answer their own questions and come to take advantage of their own inner strengths. I am settled in Bordeaux and can also come to Paris, on top of distance coaching.
iFeelZen wishes to help raise the wellbeing at work by providing durable, proven methods and tools, constantly ensuring that the body, mind and spirit work together along the progress.

Who am I?
Bénédicte has worked mainly in Human Resources, for small businesses and at a large international company (Sodexo) for nearly 20 years, the last 10 of which were international management positions. She has lived in England, France, Belgium, and Indonesia.
Aided by her rich experience and her passion for personal development, she now specialises in working with people who want to feel more aligned with themselves or are having professional / personal difficulties, to help them make move forward.
Bénédicte is a qualified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. She is also trained in psycho-energetics and the development of intuition. She regularly practises meditation and yoga. She is a graduate of Université Paris-Dauphine (DESS in Human Resources) and Université Paris-Sorbonne (Master’s in Business and Management) in France.
